Nighttime Animal Noise
The City's animal code defines persistent noise as continuous noise for 10 minutes or intermittent noise over one hour; between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, persistent, continuous or loud intermittent animal noise heard more than 50 feet from the source is prima facie evidence of a violation.

Animals in Vehicles
Truth or Consequences prohibits carrying an animal in a vehicle in a cruel, inhumane or unsafe manner and requires animals transported in an open flatbed to be crated or otherwise restrained on a nonslick surface so they cannot fall out.
